I'm famous!

On Friday one of my good teacher friends was proposed to on our school's daily morning news. The news is watched in every classroom in the whole school. My friend was asked to do a news segment on the news. At the end of her segment and banner was unfurled that said, "Will you marry me?" and then in walked her boyfriend and proposed. She was soo surprised since he lives 2 and a half hours from Lubbock. She was bawling and in shock! Tons of the faculty rushed to the news room to congratulate her and I was one of them. Our principal had notified some local newspapers and they were there and shot the whole proposal and also snapped this photo. Yep, we were on the front page of the Lubbock Newspaper on Valentine's day! Congrats Meredith!!
