Viva Las Veags!
This post is way past due but better late than never. The week after Thanksgiving we went to Vegas for Sam's sister's wedding. They got married in the Vegas temple and it was beautiful!
-Guess who was in front of us as we were waiting in line to go through the airport security? Mario Lopez, better known as AC Slater!! He was wearing a navy velor suit and sunglasses. It was so funny because I could see people recognize him and then pull out their phones and whisper that AC Slater was in line with them. I was so sad that I didn't have my camera!

Jared was very excited to get your Christmas card! He was so cute when he read your news! Your picture is hanging on his bed. I am sure that Kyle and Chad probably did pass Sam on the slopes at Sundance! We made homemade cafe rio salad for our Christmas Eve dinner with my family! I have the pork salad recipe with all of the fixings! IT IS SOOOO YUMMY!!! Do you want a copy?

No offense to anyone who likes Mario Lopez but in my opinion he is a tool. Every time I see him on a talk show (which isn't all that much) He walks out with a tank top or wife-beater on to show off his muscles. It comes across like he's a little too into himself. I'm surprised he wasn't wearing one at the airport.

YUMMY...we miss Cafe Rio as well...but at least we have some other good places to eat here in Austin...and Ben and I make the salads a lot and have people over and I am amazed at how it actually tastes pretty much the same. :)
